When I wanted to do my SPHRi training initially, the first consulting firm made it look like it was rocket science. The admission process was quite tedious even with the ridiculously high fee. To cut the long story short, I was disqualified on the basis that I do not meet the requirements, even with my 5 years experience in HRM.

I came across Ciel Consulting over the internet. I decided to try. i put a call across and was awed at the way they welcomed me and after I have spoken with them, the assured me I could take the exam and pass.

It sounded too good though as at then i didn't have any hint about what to do to prepare for the exam. The Ciel team promised to give me materials and all the necessary support I will need for the exam.

I read the modules of the SPHRi™Study Materials. I also refferd to Dessler HRM more like dictionary to understand certain concepts.

The Ciel Team helped in scheduling me for the exam. I did my exam in Lagos.

It took about 2 months before the result was released. I was happy when I got a mail from HRCI saying congratulations you have passed the SPHRi exam.
