CBAP VS PMP
Introduction
CBAP, or the Certified Business Analysis Professional certification, is a globally-recognized credential that recognizes professionals with experience leading organizations through analysis-based projects. It was created by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). CBAP is more specific for the business analysis industry whereas PMP is a more standardized project management certification. CBAP will focus on the Business Analysis processes and practices while PMP will focus on managing/tracking project or program tasks, resources, deadlines, and deliverables.
