But the responsibilities of ITIL specialist are not limited to the above-mentioned stages. The release of the product to the customer and after-release support are also among the professional duties of an ITIL specialist.
After its implementation any IT system should demonstrate good functional stability. An ITIL specialist in Configuration Management will be responsible for all the aspects related to such a task. Mainly it will include monitoring of the functionality and physical integrity of the software.
